When a box is checked, the right is explicitly granted at the selected location. The user will be allowed to perform the action
at the selected location and any locations that inherit rights from the selected location. Even if a user is granted a right,
he or she may be explicitly denied that same right at another location.

If a box is not checked, the right has not been explicitly granted or denied for the user at that location. However, since
rights can be inherited from higher locations in the organizational structure, a right that was explicitly granted to a user
at a higher level will also be granted for that user at a lower level unless it is explicitly denied at the lower location.

If a box is marked with an x, the right is explicitly denied at the selected location. The right will be denied for the user
at that location, even if the user was granted the right at a higher location in the organizational structure.

If a box is grayed out, the right cannot be granted or denied at the selected location. Certain rights (e.g., some View rights)
are automatically granted to all users so there is no need to grant the right at each location. Other rights can never be
granted to users (e.g., the right to delete certain financial data) so the right cannot be selected.
