Undeleting Cases
Restore, or undelete, cases that were deleted by accident.
To undelete cases:
1. Use the menu path for the appropriate product center.
Option Description
Case Manager Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Undelete a Case in the Case Tools section.
Attorney Manager Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Tools in the Tools section, and then click Undelete a Case.
Supervision Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Tools in the Tools section, and then click Undelete a Case.
2. Search for a case, and select the case you want to restore.
3. Click Undelete (ALT+U) from the Confirm Restore Case dialog box.
