Time Track Fields
The following fields are available when maintaining time tracks on the Time Standards tab of a case.
Time Track Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Time Track | Select a time track to add to the case. |
| Turn off time tracks | Select this check box to turn off time tracks and disable the Time Track drop-down list. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.
