Maintaining Time Tracks
Time tracks can be added to cases on the Time Standards tab.
Note: You must have the Maintain Time Track Entry Information to add, modify, or delete time track information. This right is found on the Case Codes tab of the Role Editor dialog box.
To maintain time tracks:
1. Select a case, and access the Time Standards tab.
2. Click Image in the Time Track section to add a time standard, or select the first listed time track to modify it.
3. Complete the time track fields.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
Time tracks are displayed in the time track section and can be modified.
