The following fields should be completed as necessary and associated with requirements for a minimum amount.

Select this check box to include a court costs fee code. Then, select the fee code type from the Fee Code drop-down list.

Select this check box to include a state share fee code. Then, type a percentage in the % field, and select a fee code type from the Fee Code drop-down list.

Select this check box to include sheriff's contingency fee code. Then, type a percentage in the % field, and select a fee code type from the Fee Code drop-down list.

From the drop-down list, select the type of fee split to be applied. Then, add or modify the split fee codes for the fine split.
