Service Tracking Fields
Complete the following fields to maintain service tracking information.
Service Details
Field Name Field Description
Service ID # The service ID number is system assigned and will vary depending on your configuration. If you have the proper rights, click Manual to override the system-assigned service ID number.
Name The party name is displayed.
Address Type the street address.
Person to Serve Type the name of the person to serve.
Tracking Details
Field Name Field Description
Vol Type the volume number where the data is stored.
Page Type the page number where information can be found in the indicated volume.
Pages Type the total number of pages.
Anticipated Method Select the anticipated method of serving.
Anticipated Server Select the name of the anticipated party who will serve.
Sent to Server Enter the date when the service was sent to the anticipated server. Then, complete theTime field.
Received by Server This field is not displayed unless the service event is linked to a civil paper in Law Enforcement. Enter the date when the service was received by the server. Then, complete the Time field.
Service Date Enter the service date.
Return Date Enter the return date.
Actual Server Type the name of the party who actually served the service record.
How Served? Type the actual method of serving.
Sent Back to Court This field is not displayed unless the service event is linked to a civil paper in Law Enforcement. Enter the date when the service was sent back to the court. Then, complete the Time field.
Received by Court Enter the date when the service was received by the court. Then, complete the Time field.
Mileage Type the total mileage covered by the server.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
