Record the parties that are present at a hearing setting when entering courtroom minutes.
The Select Parties Present dialog box show all of the parties on the case. Select the check boxes beside parties that are present for the hearing.
Use the following options on the
Select Parties Present dialog box to filter the parties displayed.
