Select Calls Fields
The following fields are displayed when performing the Select Calls query.
Select Calls Fields
Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
From Call # Click Image to find a call to select a beginning call number that the activity should include.
To Call # Click Image to find a call to select to select an ending call number that the activity should include.
Received By Click Image to select a receiving officer for the query.
Received By Click Image to select a receiving officer for the query.
Received Date Rage Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity. The dates entered in these fields are the dates when the notices were processed.
Reporting Method Type the reporting method code to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Reporter Type the name of the reporter to include in the activity.
Reporter Phone Type the entire seven-digit phone number of the reporter.
Priority Type the reporting priority codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Hazard Type the hazard codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Call Type Type the call type code to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Location Type the location of the call to include in the activity. This field will query the text that is stored in the Location field located on the call record. Using a text search field
Intersection Type the intersection. This field will query the text that is stored in the Intersection field located on the call record.
Subdivision Type the subdivision codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Area Type the area codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes
District Type the district codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Agencies Type the agency codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Assigned Officer Click Image to select a serving officer for the query to include in the activity.
