Controls Description
F4 Press F4 from a field to search for the code to select. Depending on the type of field, you may be able to select only one code or multiple codes.
ALT + the up or down arrow key Press to display the list of codes available for the field. Use the arrows or PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN to scroll through the options, and press ENTER or TAB to select the appropriate code.
Image Multi-value code fields allow you to enter more than one code. These fields are several lines deep to allow space for multiple codes. You may type codes directly in the field, separating multiple codes with a comma, semicolon, or space. If you do not know the correct codes, click Image or press F4 to access a dialog box and search for the code.
If the field is not associated with a code, click this icon to access any other type of dialog box to select additional information. Text boxes that are displayed with this icon are usually non-editable, meaning you do not usually have the ability to type information directly in the box.
Image This icon is displayed beside a field when you have the option to search for information such as a party name. Some of these fields do not allow you to type information directly into the text box. For these types of fields, you must click Image to open the corresponding search dialog box (e.g., Find a Party). You can then search for the correct information.
Image This icon is displayed when you have the ability to select a different location. You must always search for the location you need; you cannot type the information directly in the text box. When you click this icon, the Select Location dialog box is displayed, allowing you to select the correct location.
