Scofflaw Export Job Fields
Complete the following fields to process the Scofflaw Export job.
Data to Export

| New and Cleared Vehicles | Select this check box to include both new and cleared vehicles in the job. |
| Only Cleared Vehicles | Select this check box to include only clear vehicles in the job. |
Export Criteria

| Locations | Click  to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.

| Collection Status on Selected New Cases | From the drop-down list, select the collection status required for new vehicles to be exported to the Texas Department of
Transportation.
The collection status selected should be the same status selected in the Add Collection Status on Selected New Cases field on the Scofflaw Selection job.

| Collection Status on Selected Cleared Cases | From the drop-down list, select the collection status required to export cleared vehicles to the Texas Department of Transportation. |
| Vehicle Connection Types | Click  to select the vehicle connection types to be included in the job.
This field is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.

Fee Schedules to Add
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Assess | From the drop-down list, select how to assess fee schedules for cases exporting new vehicles. Available options include once
per party and once per vehicle.
If the fee code on any selected fee schedule is configured to assess once per case, it is assessed once per case regardless
of which option is selected from this drop-down list.

| CR Fee Schedule | From the drop-down list, select the fee schedule to add to delinquent criminal cases that are used to export new vehicles
to the Texas Department of Transportation.
This field is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.

| CV Fee Schedule | From the drop-down list, select the fee schedule to add to delinquent civil cases that are used to export new vehicles to
the Texas Department of Transportation.
This field is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.

| FAM Fee Schedule | From the drop-down list, select the fee schedule to add to delinquent family cases that are used to export new vehicles to
the Texas Department of Transportation.
This field is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.

| PR Fee Schedule | From the drop-down list, select the fee schedule to add to delinquent probate cases that are used to export new vehicles to
the Texas Department of Transportation.
This field is only available if you select the New and Cleared Vehicles check box.

Actions

| Extract File Path | Click to select the location for the extract file.
|
| Add/Update Collection Status on Exported Cases | From the drop-down list, select the collection status to be added to delinquent cases when exporting new vehicles.
This collection status is also updated with a completed date for cases exporting cleared vehicles.

| County Number | Type the three-digit county number assigned to the county. |
Options

| Save as CSV | Select this check box to save the output as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. |
| List Name | Type a name for the list generated. The list can be retrieved at a later time for use with List Manager. |
| Append Job ID Number to List Name | When this check box is selected, the job ID number is added to the list name entered in the List Name field. If the List Name field is left blank, the Append Job ID Number to List Name check box is unavailable. |
