Select the See File check box to display "See File" instead of $0.00 on forms and the third party judgment system. When this check box is not selected, forms and the third party judgment search should be configured to display. Additionally, interest is accrued at the legal rate until fully satisfied.
Select the Special Judgment check box to indicate that this judgment has multiple parties that may or may not be served, yet you can still proceed with the entry of the judgment.
Post-Judgment Activities Click Image to add post judgment activities. If the SD Monetary Award Expiration job has been submitted and a post-judgment activity has been added to the case, this section displays an expired post-judgment activity. Only one post-judgment activity with a judgment status of “Expired” can be added to the judgment event, and it must be added through the job task. The post-judgment activity of “Expired” will be the XML indicator to the South Dakota online judgment search system to display “Expired” for the judgment status.
