Complete the following fields to add a post-judgment on the South Dakota Monetary Award.

| Activity | From the drop-down list, select the activity type. |
| Date | Enter the date when the post-judgment activity occurred. |
| Debtors | Click  to select the debtors to whom the activity applies on the Select Party dialog box.

| County | Click to select the county to associate to the activity.

| Party Status | This field is automatically populated with the party's status. |
| Comment | Type any additional comments related to this activity. |
