Complete the following fields to maintain registry and trust account detail.

Field Name Field Description
Type Select a new account type. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code.
Account Name To edit the account name, enter a new name for the registry account in the space provided. This is the name given to the account by the bank where the money is placed. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
Case Party / Non-Case Party Select the beneficiary of the registry account funds. The beneficiary is a case party or a non-case party.
On Behalf Of If the beneficiary is a case party, click Image to select the case party.
If the beneficiary is a non-case party, click Image to search for a party. The party must have an existing party record to be selected as the beneficiary for the registry account.
When a beneficiary is selected, the party's name is displayed in this field. Click the name to view and modify the party record.
After you select a beneficiary, Image is displayed beside the party name. Click it to see the beneficiary's address information and select a correspondence address to be used with the registry account.
Taxpayer ID If the beneficiary is an individual, that person’s current known Social Security Number is automatically displayed. If no social security number is entered on the party record, this field is left blank.
If you have the right to view and maintain party Social Security Numbers, type the beneficiary's Social Security Number in the space provided. The new number is added to the party's list of Social Security Numbers. If you change an existing Social Security Number, the existing number is not changed in the party record; it is entered as a different Social Security Number.
If the beneficiary is a business, the business' Employer Identification Number (EIN) can be entered here.
Case Party / Non-Case Party Select a default payor for the registry account.
Payor If the payor is a Case Party, click Image to select the payor.
If adding a non-case party, click Image to search for a party.
Orders If an order is given by the court regarding this registry account, such as an order to invest money in a trust account, Type the order codes in this field. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Expected Final Disbursement If the beneficiary should receive the registry account money when he or she reaches a certain age, enter the required age in the At Age field. If the beneficiary's birth date is entered in the party record, the expected final disbursement date is automatically calculated.
If the registry account money should be disbursed on a certain date, enter the date in the Date field. When you select a date, the beneficiary’s age at disbursement is automatically calculated based on his or her birth date, which is entered in the party record.
If a birth date has not been entered for the beneficiary, the age or disbursement date cannot be automatically calculated. However, you can manually complete both fields.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
