When adding or modifying a session, you can configure the schedule to show it occurs on a regular basis. Recurrences are especially
useful for when a court session is held at exactly the same time every day, week, and/or month.
For instance, Judge Smith conducts arraignment hearings every Monday at 8:00 a.m., or Judge Jones holds jury trials the first
Thursday of every month.
You can schedule a maximum of 260 occurrences of the court session.
To remove a recurrence, clicking Remove (ALT+R) from the Modify Recurrence dialog box. This action removes all recurring court sessions except for the recurrence’s first court session and court sessions
with hearings. Both of these instances are exceptions (i.e., court sessions that are no longer part of the recurrence). All
other court sessions will be deleted from the calendar.
