Question Fields

Complete the following fields to maintain questions for questionnaires.

Question Fields

Field Name	Field Description
Type	Select the type of question you are adding. These options include drop-down lists, multiple choice, check box.
Code	Type the code for the question.
Full Text	Type the full question in this field.
Short Text	Type a short version of the question in this field.
Require Answer	Select this check box to require an answer to this question.
Tab Stop On Comment	Select this option to allow for comments to be added to the question.

or an existing answer to complete the answer fields.
