Maintaining Questions on Questionnaires
Protection order questionnaires are comprised of user-defined questions and answers.
To add or modify questions on a questionnaire:
| 1. | Click Administration from the navigation menu, and then click Protection Order Questionnaires from the Questionnaires group. |
| 2. | Click  or an existing question to maintain it. |
| 3. | Complete the question fields displayed. |
| 4. | In the Answers section, click or an existing answer to complete the answer fields, and click Order to order the answers as necessary. |
| 5. | Click Continue (ALT+S). |
| 6. | Click Save (ALT+S). |
