Printing the Texas CJIS DDG Error Report
The Texas CJIS DDG error report contains the errors in the data sent from Odyssey to the Livescan machine for a specified time period.
To print the Texas CJIS DDG error report:
1. Click Reporting from the navigation menu. Click CJIS Reports in the Case Analysis Reports group, and then click TX CJIS DDG Error Report.
2. Enter the appropriate information in the Texas CJIS DDG error report fields displayed.
3. Schedule or submit the report.
