The Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics (BVS) report generates the state’s required BVS form from the data entered and saved
on the Dissolution tab after a final judgment recorded for a base case type of divorce. This report lists all of the cases that were included
in a BVS form.
To print the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics report:

Click Reporting from the navigation menu. Click Florida State Reports in the Case Analysis Reports group, and then click Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics (BVS) Report. |
