Printing Hearing Notices for Calendars
After a hearing is added to a case record, print or send notices for the case parties to notify them of the upcoming hearing. Notices are also used to notify the parties of a schedule change. You can generate notices for an entire calendar without having to access each individual case.
To print or send hearing notices for calendars:
1. Access the Print / Send Notices page or dialog box.
Option Description
From a calendar in Case Manager
a. Click View Calendar from the Court Administration section of the navigation menu.
b. Click Print / Send Notices.
From a calendar in Attorney Manager
a. Click View Calendar from the Calendaring section of the navigation menu.
b. Click Print / Send Notices.
From the navigation menu in Case Manager
a. Click Print / Send Notices from the Court Administration section.
From the navigation menu in Attorney Manager
a. Click Print / Send Notices from the Calendaring section.
2. Complete the fields on the Print/Send Notices dialog box.
3. Click Submit (ALT+S).
