Posting Reversing Adjustments
Since financial transactions cannot be deleted once they have been saved, Odyssey allows users with the appropriate rights
to post reversing adjustments. Reversing transactions are only performed after the till instance containing the original transaction
is closed. When you post a reversing adjustment, a transaction is created that is the exact opposite of the original transaction
that you want to reverse. The transaction has the same fees and schedules with the opposite amounts, which cancels the original
adjustment transaction.
Note: The original adjustment transaction can only be reversed once.
To post a reversing adjustment:

There are two options to reverse the adjustment:

Click the transaction you want to reverse to access the View an Adjustment dialog box. The detailed fee information is displayed, and you can click Reverse (ALT+R).

Right-click the transaction you want to reverse, and select Reverse Transaction.
