Organization Chart Attributes
Organization chart attributes (OCAs) are special feature configurations that drive specific functions within Odyssey.
Some OCAs are specific to a product center, while others at the system level cover all product centers. Click Image to add an attribute, or click an attribute to modify it.
The following options are available on the Maintain Organization Chart Attributes page.
Option Description
Current Location If you have the ability to maintain codes for multiple locations, you are prompted to select a location before accessing the code page. However, you can select a different location when you access the list of codes. The current location is displayed at the top of the code page.
Click Image to select a different location. You are only allowed to select a location if you have the right to maintain codes at that location.
Image Click to print the list of the codes as a report.
Previous (ALT+P) / Next (ALT+N) Click Next and Previous to scroll through the list one page at a time.
Search (ALT+S) Click to search for a code in the list.
Get All Attributes (ALT+L) If the list is filtered to show only attributes that match the search, click this link to view the entire list of attributes.
Show Inherited Select to view attributes that were inherited from a location higher up in the organizational chart.
Show Optional Select to view attributes that are optional. Clear to only view required attributes.
Matches per Page Use this option to display 15, 20, 25, or 50 attributes at one time. If you change this option while you are viewing an attributes list, the setting is changed immediately, and the first page of attributes is displayed.

Add New Attribute Select this option to add an attribute.
Modify Attribute Select this option to modify the attribute.
Delete Select this option to remove the attribute.
