The following is a list of OCAs available at the system level and within each product center.

Case Manager
The following organization chart attributes are available in Case Manager.

TimePayment – This runs for criminal cases. If the event date for the disposition is more than 30 days old and the charge has a disposition
that does not block sentencing, the user is prompted to add this fee. The fee is assessed on any charge in which the user
answers "Yes."
RunOnce – This runs only if the fee has not been assessed for the case. If the user answers "Yes," this fee is assessed against the
first charge on the case.
RunAlways – This runs every time a payment is taken against the case. If the user answers "Yes," this fee is assessed against the first
charge on the case.
RunWithBalance – This runs only if the case/party has a balance. If the user answers "Yes," this fee will be assessed.

The only piece of configured information that is used from the fee schedule the user can configure is the amount. All other
functionality is based on this fee program.

In Jail Manager, it indicates the ORI of the jail agency.
In Attorney Manager, it indicates the ORI of the District or County Attorney’s office.
In Case Manager, it indicates the ORI of the various courts.
