Odyssey Help Options
Odyssey's help program provides assistance in several different ways. The Help window can be re-sized and moved to different locations. The left pane of the window, containing the table of contents and search functionality can be hidden, if desired.

Option Description
F1 Help Odyssey is equipped with context-sensitive help, which calls up topics specific to the page or dialog box the user is currently using. Context-sensitive help is accessed anytime by pressing F1. For example, press F1 while searching for a case from the Find a Case page, the help program displays information on the various case search options.
ALT+F1 Help If custom help is available for your site, press ALT+F1 to access help specific for your site.
Table of Contents Tyler F1 Help is designed to display information that relates to the area of Odyssey that is currently open. However, if you have a question about another area of the product, use the table of contents to search for help on a different topic.
Search Tyler F1 Help searches locate any topics containing the words entered. After entering a keyword and clicking Search, all the help topics that contain that keyword are listed.
To search for a group of words or a phrase, put quotation marks around the words (for example, “right-click option”). All the help topics containing that exact group of words are listed.
