New School Fields
The following fields are displayed when adding a new school record.
Name – Person
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Select the appropriate title from the drop-down list. |
| First Name | Type the person’s first name. |
| Middle Name | Type the party's middle name, if known. |
| Last Name | You are required to enter the party's last name when you select the Person option. |
| Suffix | If necessary, select the appropriate name suffix from the list (e.g., Jr.). |
Name – Business
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Business Name | Type the business name for the party. |
Identifiers
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Inactive | Select this check box if the identifiers are inactive. |
| Type | Click  to select the types of identifiers to associate with this school such as middle school, preschool, college, etc.
