When a token contains parameters, you can view and edit the parameter information using the comment option in Microsoft Word.
You must be in Print Preview mode to edit the token parameters.
To modify token parameters:

Select Forms and Documents from the home page. Select a form category from the Maintain Your Forms section. |

Click  for the appropriate form. |

Depending on the version of Microsoft Word you have installed on your computer, you can either double-click the prompt token,
or right-click the token and select Edit Comment. You may need to ignore the spelling of the token in Word before you can access the Edit Comment option. |

Make the necessary changes to the parameter. Click here for acceptable parameter values. |
