Maintaining Party Phone Numbers
Complete the following steps to maintain a party’s phone number on a party record.
1. Find a party.
2. Access the General tab.
3. Click Image to add a new phone number, or select an existing number to make modification.
4. Complete the fields.
5. Click Continue.
6. If necessary, enter an e-mail address for the party in the E-Mail field.
