Maintaining Document Security Group Codes
Document security groups are set up and used to limit who can create, read, update, or delete documents including forms, images, and attachments. These groups are based on users, roles assigned to users, or both.
To maintain document security group codes:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Document Codes in the Document Setup section, and then click Document Security Groups.
2. Select one of the following methods:
•  Click Image to create a code, and enter a code word.
•  Click an existing code to modify.
3. Complete the document security group code fields displayed in the System Roles, Users, and Product sections.
4. Click Save (ALT+S).
After a document security group is set up, you can assign it to the security for a document type or specific document.
