Document Codes

Document codes include the information needed to setup and maintain forms and document in Odyssey.

Before configuring the code behaviors, you must complete the basic code setup, including the code description and the dates on which the code becomes effective and obsolete. After completing the static fields, you must then complete the fields specified on each individual code.

Document Types	Indicates the document types available	Document Type Code Fields
Document Security Groups	Maintain the document security groups available	Document Security Group Code Fields
Export Types	Indicates where to export images and files for imaging. The code also allows for the option to create a sub-directory within the export path.	Export Directory Path – Type the path to which the export directory should be sent. Create Sub Folder Using – From the drop-down list, select the manner in which a sub-folder should be created.
Hyland Document Type	Indicates document types for the Hyland system
Stamp Option Configuration	Indicates stamp option configuration codes	Shrink image to allow for page # space – Select this check box to shrink the stamp image to allow room for the page number if necessary. Include Page # – Select this check box to include the page number on the stamp. Include text with page # – Select this check box to include text with the page number. Text – Type the text to include on the stamp. Include Date – Select this check box to include the date on the stamp. Include Time – Select this check box to include the time on the stamp. Placement – From the drop-down list, select the location on the stamp where information should be displayed. Font Size – Type the font size to use on the stamp.
