Maintaining Case Codes
Case codes are codes related to a case that include case types, cause codes, and case security groups.
To maintain case codes:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Cases in the System Codes section, and then select a case code.
2. Select one of the following methods:
•  Click Image to create a code, and enter a code word.
•  Click an existing code to modify.
3. Complete the fields associated with the code.
4. Click Save.
