Maintaining Case Security Groups
When a case should be secured (e.g., adoption case), you can set security so only users with specific rights can access them.
This is done from the Detail tab. These security groups can be associated with specific case types. When adding security for a case, users can only select
from the list of security groups that have been assigned to the selected case type.
To set up case security groups:

Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Cases in the System Codes section, and then click Case Security Groups. |

Select one of the following methods:

Click to create a code, and enter a code word.

Click an existing code to modify. |
|
|
3. |
Complete the case security group fields displayed. |
