Left Panel – Messages Tab
The final tab on the Left Panel of Odyssey is the Messages tab. This tab displays message items such as completed jobs and reports, broadcast messages, workflow notifications, inmate
tracking messages, and on-demand document transfer request messages.
The following information for each message is displayed:

Some messages may contain a link to the completed job results or additional information, but this functionality is not available
for all messages. Additional information is available for the message if the message contains the text, “Click here to view
results.”
Messages Tab Options
The following options are available on the Messages tab.

| Search Messages | Use this free-text field to search for a specific item within the list. |
| Refresh | Click this button to refresh the list to view recently added messages. |
Note: The messages listed are removed after each Odyssey session.
