Joint and Several Fees

You can share a financial group between two or more codefendants with the joint and several fee function.

Copy fee schedules within financial groups from one case to another using the

icons on the Financial Groups dialog box.

As interest is assessed, it is added to the financial group automatically, and all payments toward fees that are joint and several reduces each party’s fees equally.
