When working List Manager actions you must create a list of cases before performing the available actions. After a list of cases is loaded or created, click Perform Action to access the Select Action dialog box. When an action is completed successfully, a success message is displayed. However, if the action could not be completed, an Incomplete Action dialog box is displayed. Click Print (ALT+P) to print this list for reference, or click Save (ALT+S) to create another List Manager list of the failed items.
