Hearing Selector
When you are generating hearings-based forms for a court session, you can choose which hearings need forms printed. The Select Hearings dialog box displays all of the hearings currently in the court session.
Select Hearings Options
Select the check box beside each applicable hearing. Use the following options to filter and select hearings.
Option Description
Hearing Types Type the hearing type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Sort Select the order in which you want the data to be displayed.
Show Selected Hearings Only Select to filter the list to show only the hearings that are selected.
Get All Hearings (ALT+G) After filtering the list of hearings, click to view all the available hearings again.
Select All / Clear All (ALT+L) Click to either select all the hearings displayed or clear all the hearings selected in the list.
Back (ALT+B) Click to go back to the previous set of hearings.
Next (ALT+N) Click to go to the next set of hearings.
Search (ALT+S) When you complete the Hearing Types field, click to show only hearings with a matching hearing type.
Continue (ALT+C) When you have selected the appropriate hearings, click to continue printing the hearings-based forms.
Exit (ALT+X) Click to leave the dialog box without making changes to the hearing selection.
