Group Disbursement Fields
Complete the following fields to process group disbursements.

Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Check Information

Create Disbursement Check Select this check box if you want to create a check as part of the group disbursement process.
As of Date Enter the date when any escrow collected from the selected location up to and including this date will be disbursed.
Check Type Select the check type being used in the disbursement. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code.
Trans Date Enter the date when the transaction is taking place.
Collection Information
Field Name Field Description
Create Disbursement Summary Report Select this check box to generate a summary report. This report helps you reconcile funds collected against the funds disbursed.
Collection Start Date Enter the date when the collection period starts.
Collection End Date This field is automatically entered after selecting the As Of Date under Check Information. This is the end date of the transaction date range for the collection side of the report.
Report Options Indicate whether you want to include detail only, summary only, or both in the report.
The summary prints only a listing of the checks that are included in the disbursement. If you choose to print the detail, each check is on a separate page, and a table at the top summarizes the check by fee code. An additional table is displayed only if there are exception cases in the Previous Escrow, Escrow Deductions, or Escrow Held columns.
Include Full Detail This check box is available if you selected Detail Only or Summary and Detail in the Report Options field. Select this check box to display the Previous Escrow, Escrow Deductions, Escrow Held, Collection Amount, and Disbursement Amount columns for all checks.
Suppress Previously Held Fees Select this check box to not print any line items where the money was on hold before the start of the collection period and is still on hold at the end of the collection period.

Fee Categories Type the fee category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Civil Fee Codes Type the civil fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Criminal Fee Codes Type the criminal fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Family Fee Codes Type the family fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Probate or Mental Health Fee Codes Type the probate or mental health fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Miscellaneous Fee Codes Type the miscellaneous fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
