Group Add Events Fields
Complete the following fields to add events to cases in groups.
Group Add Events Fields
Field Name Field Description
Judicial Officer This field automatically populates with the name of the judicial officer on the case selected in the Case # field.
Case # / Control # Click Image to search for a case.
Type From the drop-down list, select the event type to be added to the selected case.
Date Enter the date when the event is added. This field is automatically populated with the current date.
Time Type the time when the event is added. This field is automatically populated with the current time.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
Amount Type the amount to be associated with the event being added.
Party Click Image to select the party on the case to whom the event should be added.
Party 2 Click Image to select the party on the case to whom the event should be added.
Volume / Page / # Page Type the volume, page, and number of pages in the record book to which this event is added.
Inst # Type the instrument number to which this event is associated.
Date 2 Enter the date for the event.
Due Enter the date when the event is due.
Complete Enter the date when the event is completed.
Docketable Select this check box to allow the event being added to be docketable.
Include on Appeal Select this check box to include the event being added on the appeal.
Print Event Barcode Upon Save Select this check box to print a barcode for the event when the event is saved.
Case Aging Clock From the drop-down list, select the option that best describes how this event affects the case aging clock.
Retain From the drop-down box, select the information you want to keep for the next event being added using this function. Your options include Event Type, Case, All, and None.
Group Add Event Options
Option Description
Add Click this option to add the event to the case.
Clear Click this option to clear the fields of the group add event.
Add/Next This option is available when the Indexing Viewer is used. This option adds the selected case event along with the current image in Indexing Viewer to the specified case. This option will also remove the image from the queue and the next image in the queue will display in the Indexing Viewer.
Add/Link This option is available when the Indexing Viewer is used. This option adds the selected case event along with the current image in Indexing Viewer to the specified case. This option will leave the current image in Indexing Viewer so it can be added to another event.
Skip This option is available when the Indexing Viewer is used. This option skips the document currently in the Indexing Viewer and will not add the selected event to the Group Add Events table.
