Adding Events in Groups
Add multiple events to a multiple cases at once using the Group Add Events option.
To add events in groups:
1. Click Group Add Events from the Group section of the navigation menu.
2. Complete the group add event fields.
3. Click Add (ALT+A) to add the cases and events to the Events section of the Group Add Events page.
4. Continue adding cases as needed.
5. Click Save (ALT+S) to add the events in the table to the cases.
