All validation errors are based on the ”Guide To Automated Submission of Court Disposition Date” document provided by the
Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC).
Validation errors can be disabled or trigger warnings that do not prevent the sending of an export record.
Otherwise, a validation error can prevent the export of a record until the validation error is remedied.
Currently, there are no means to manually remove/update validation error definitions through Odyssey. These must be updated
in the database.
Errors in red prevent the export of the record. Errors in blue are warnings and do not prevent the export of the record. Each
error has help text that is visible when you hover over the error, or click the error to view a More Information dialog box.
