Forms Options
After accessing a form or document, the form is opened in a Word window in Odyssey. Several options are available for forms.
Navigation Menu Options
Option Description
Forms Tokens This section lists all token categories available for the selected form.
Insert Signature This section lets you insert signatures or initials into the form.
Token Parameters Click this option to add parameters to the tokens added to a form.
Token Help Click this option to view Token Help. Token Help contains information for each token available for the form.
IF Statement This option lets your set If statements for selected tokens.
Word Options
When a form is opened, the Microsoft Word document setup is displayed. Navigate and manage the document as you would in a Word document.
Page Options
Option Description
Load Click Load to search for an open a form template.
Save Click Save to save the form.
Next Click this button to view the next instance of the merged form.
Last Click this button to view the last instance of the merged form.
Attach
Click this button to attach the form to the Documents tab of the case.
Note: The ability to attached merged forms to the Documents tab is a licensed feature. Your office must purchase a license key to access the functionality described below. Contact your system administrator for more information.
Print All
Click this button to print all forms with any changes made.
Note: If multiple merged forms are displayed, the Print All button is disabled until only the last document window is displayed.
Exit Click Exit to exit the form without saving the changes made.
