Expunging Cases Permanently
Permanently expunge a case from Odyssey so that it cannot be retrieved, or unexpunged.
To expunge cases permanently:
1. Use the menu path for the appropriate product center.
Option Description
Case Manager Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Permanent Case Expunge in the Case Tools section.
Attorney Manager Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Tools in the Tools section, and then click Permanent Case Expunge.
Supervision Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Tools in the Tools section, and then click Permanent Case Expunge.
2. Search for a case, and select the case you want to delete.
3. Click Expunge (ALT+E) from the Confirm Expunge Case dialog box.
