Minutes are produced following the hearing and must accurately reflect the actions of the hearing. Only the actions taken
down during the hearing setting display in courtroom minutes. Courtroom minutes are saved with the hearing setting so that
they can be viewed and edited along with that particular setting.
To enter courtroom minutes:

Access the Courtroom Minutes dialog box.

Select one of the following options to complete the minutes entry.

Click to save the minutes. |
Save/Copy (ALT+Y) |
Click to save the minutes and immediately access the Courtroom Minutes dialog box with the field information copied from the current minutes. Minutes cannot be copied when a sentence event includes
a financial sentence component.
