When maintaining users, search for and select the appropriate document groups to assign security to a document type or a document
or assign a user to select document groups.
The Select Document Groups dialog box lists all the available groups. Select the check box beside each applicable group.
The following options are available.

Type the description for which to search. To search by a partial description, type an asterisk at the end (e.g., m*).

Type the document group for which to search. |
| Show Selected Groups Only |
Select this check box to display only the selected document groups. This option is automatically selected when you are modifying
the selected groups.

| Sort |
Indicate your preferred sort order. You have the option to sort the document group alphabetically by code or description. |
| Get All Groups (ALT+G) |
After the list has been filtered, click this button to view all the groups. |
| Select All / Clear All (ALT+L) |
Click Select All to select all of the groups displayed. When all groups are selected, this button changes to Clear All. Click Clear All to clear all the check boxes.

| Back (ALT+B) / Next (ALT+N) |
If there are several pages of groups, click Next to go to the next page in the list or Back to go back to the previous page.

| Search (ALT+S) |
Complete the Description or Code field and click this button to search for a specific group. The list is filtered to show only matching groups.

| Continue (ALT+C) |
After you select the groups, click this button to return to the page or dialog box. |
| Exit (ALT+X) |
If you do not want to change the groups selected, click this button. |
