Deleting Cases
Delete cases if they are inadvertently added to the wrong party or to correct other mistakes.
To delete cases:
1. Use the menu path for the appropriate product center.
Option Description
Case Manager Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Delete a Case in the Case Tools section.
Attorney Manager Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Tools in the Tools section, and then click Delete a Case.
Supervision Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Tools in the Tools section, and then click Delete a Case.
2. Search for a case, and select the case you want to delete.
3. Click Delete (ALT+D) from the Confirm Delete Case dialog box.
