Court Sessions – Hearings at the Same Time

The appearance of the Court Session page depends on the session setup. A session that has hearings starting at the same time is also referred to as a “cattle call.” This option is used for sessions with similar hearing types.

When hearings start at the same time and no hearings have been scheduled for that session, a blank line is displayed with the initial session start time in the hearing detail. If hearings have been scheduled, those hearings are displayed with a reorder number.

Additional Court Session Options

The following options are displayed in addition to the standard court session options.

Reorder Hearings	When the session is set up so that the hearing start times are at the same time, you have the option to reorder the hearings from the time column. Type the order number you want the hearings to be in the Time column, and click Reorder Hearings. The system then rearranges the hearings.
