Copying Cases
If you have the appropriate rights, you can create a new case by copying an existing one.
To copy a case:
1. Click Copy a Case from the Quick Links section of the Case Manager Home page.
2. Select a location for the case.
The Copy Case dialog box is displayed.
3. Click Image in the Case # field to select a case to be copied.
Once a case number is selected, the case type and style are displayed at the bottom of the Copy Case dialog box.
4. Select how the case is related from the Make Related drop-down list.
Note: This step is optional.
5. Click Save.
A skeleton case is created based on the case you selected in the Copy Case dialog box.
