Current Location |
If you have the ability to maintain codes for multiple locations, you are prompted to select a location before accessing the
code page. However, you can select a different location when you access the list of codes. The current location is displayed
at the top of the code page.
Click  to select a different location. You are only allowed to select a location if you have the right to maintain codes at that location.

Previous (ALT+P) / Next (ALT+N) |
Click Next and Previous to scroll through the list one page at a time.

Search (ALT+S) |
Click to search for a code in the list.

Get All Codes (ALT+L) |
If the list is filtered to show only codes that match the code or description you entered, click this link to view the entire
list of codes.

Show Hidden Codes |
Codes can be hidden either at your location or at a location higher up in the organizational chart. To view hidden codes, select this check box.

Show Obsolete Codes |
When a code is made obsolete, it is removed from the list. To view obsolete codes, select this check box.

Sort |
Codes are sorted alphabetically by description as the default on a code page. You can also choose to sort codes alphabetically
by code by selecting the Code sort order on the code page.

Case Category |
Click to filter the codes that are displayed by one or more case categories.

Matches per Page |
Use this option to display 15, 20, 25, or 50 codes at one time. If you change this option while you are viewing a code list,
the setting is changed immediately, and the first page of codes is displayed.

Click to add a code to the code list. The system prompts you to type a code word, and then you can enter the appropriate code information.

Modify Codes |
Codes can be modified only at the location where they were created. If a code was created at your location, you can select
that code to make updates to the code name, description, effective date, or obsolete date. If you select a code that was
created at a higher level in the organizational chart and you do not have the right to modify codes at that level, the code
information is displayed, but it cannot be changed unless you can add location-specific code behaviors.
