Code Page Options
When you access a code page, all the codes that have been added previously are displayed. This list includes codes that were added at your location as well as codes inherited from a higher location in the organizational chart. The status bar at the bottom of the page displays the total number of codes that exist for the selected code type.

Modify Codes Codes can be modified only at the location where they were created. If a code was created at your location, you can select that code to make updates to the code name, description, effective date, or obsolete date. If you select a code that was created at a higher level in the organizational chart and you do not have the right to modify codes at that level, the code information is displayed, but it cannot be changed unless you can add location-specific code behaviors.
