Codes that are set up at a higher location in the organizational chart are inherited by lower locations. However, there may
be times when a lower location does not need to view certain codes that were created at a higher location. These codes can
be hidden so they are not visible to users at the lower locations.
The following options are available to hide codes:
|
• |
Right-click the code you want to hide on the code page, and select Hide Code. |
|
• |
Select the code from the list to access the code information. Remove the check from the Show Code check box at the top of the dialog box. |
If a code is hidden at a higher location and inherited at your location, you do not have the option to make the code available
at your location. The code must be made available at the location where it was hidden.
