Case Security Group Fields for Public Access Users
Complete the following fields to maintain case security groups for Public Access users.
Case Security Group Fields

| Location | Click  to select the location of the security group you want to associate this user with.

| Security Group | From the drop-down list, select the security group you want this user to be associated with. |
| Access Mode | From the drop-down list, select the type of access you want this user to have: Full, Limited, or Restricted. |
