Case Parties Tab
The Parties tab on a case record lists plaintiffs, defendants, respondents, attorneys and other parties associated with a case. From this tab, parties and attorneys can be added to or removed from the case.
Case Party
Use the following options to sort the displayed parties.
Option Name Option Description
Group By Use the drop-down list to sort the items by group.
Related Parties View Select this check box to display party relationships.
Show Select a connection type to display.
Attorney names are displayed beside the parties to which they are assigned. The lead attorney for each party is designated by a star Image. A  Image displays on a case party tab next to the party if that party has any caution flags.
A Image displays on the case party tab next to the party if that party has any special condition flags that are not obsolete. A tooltip includes the details of the flags.
If a party has service events associate with it, Image is displayed beside the party name. Click the icon to access the Service tab with the appropriate service event expanded.

Show Filter the parties displayed by the following criteria:
•  Active Connections
•  All Connections
•  Inactive connections
Add Party Add a party to the case.
Add Attorney Add an attorney to the case.
Add Group/Associate Add a group party or party associate to the case.
Modify Case Party Details Select a party to maintain the party information.
Find Family Cases Search for a lead or related family case.
Right-Click Options

Party Name One or more of the following options may be available when you right-click a party name:
Attorney Name The following options may be available when you right-click an attorney name:
