Case Flag Fields for Case Event Type Codes
Complete the following fields to add a case flag to the event type.
Case Flag Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Case Category | From the drop-down list, select the case category from which the case event type should be before this case flag is added. |
| Add / Remove | Select to either add or remove specific case flags when the event is added to a case. |
| Case Flags to Add (Remove) | Click  to select the case flags to add to the case event type.
